Whoa, I'm not sure I have the expertise to do a tut on that - I mean I mostly use vibrant colors and I can think of many makers who do muted coloring so much better than me, buuut at the same time I'd love to a new tutorial since my old ones probably have either already stopped working or will soon (thanks Photobucket -.-) so... why not :) I'll think about it!
