Here's a zip that contains the psds for all three :)

The first two were made in two parts, so there are actually 5 files in it. I started them on a 200x200px canvas to color them, and then copypasted what I had that far on a new 100x100px document. I tried to add descriptions of what I did to the layer names, but many of them are just guesses if I couldn't remember the exact process.
