20 icons for somein30

Here's my last minute entry for round 5 at somein30. The round was about atmospheric icons, I chose Normal mode and decided to icon Prison Break because I've now rewatched seasons 1 and 2, and I'm so obsessed. The general atmosphere of the show is very intense and suspenseful and quite dark and angsty, so that's what I tried to depict in these icons by making them darkish with lots of heavy shadows, muted with mostly cool colors, and using emotional caps and crops, and lots of grungy/gritty texture use. 9 is meant to represent the constant fear of getting caught. The rest are pretty much just variants of a dark/angsty/moody atmosphere.

These are super out of my box, they're more textured than I normally make them, and I kept the original backgrounds in all except one cap, and there's barely any text. It was very refreshing to make a calmer set after this chaotic last set! Hope you'll like some of these, let me know your thoughts! ♥
