Oh, I do wish I still had the time for some awesome project like the random character project was! It was so much fun, I'm glad you reminded me of it, and I even found one of my current favorites (Free!) from it. I was finishing my degree at the time, with only a couple of courses left, so I had a ton of time just to sit around and watch random stuff. Now that I work full days it's just impossible to find the time, and tbh the lack of new fandoms isn't a problem for me other than in this specific type of challenge. I'm happy just watching the things I know I love, I feel like the shows that are popular now are super not for me, I feel like everything new seems so fast-paced. I wish there was another truly epic, emotional, slow-moving show like LOST, which still remains my favorite, but I seriously doubt it. But perhaps there's some other type of icon project that we could do without the watching component in it, I don't know, I'll think about it :)
