I'm so glad you decided to make Lana icons! I almost did the same, but I didn't feel like making screencaps either. Love Norman Fucking Rockwell! so much, it's just an incredible album <3.
The overall feel of these icons is just stunning. The text use in all of them is to die for. I especially like the moody feel on 4, I think it fits the song perfectly. Also, California... it's my fav song of the album and it's probably my fav icon of the set, too. The amount of brightness is perfect, and again, the text use is so well done. The Greatest also has a especial place for me and the blues and gritty texture complements so well the close crop.
Shoutout to the magnificence of 8, love the vintage feeling.
As for the alts, I especially like 14 (I'll automatially love everything Buffy you do), 15, 19 and 20 (wow at the composition)!
