I have no idea how to work with anime caps either, it's so damn hard, I've tried several times, but in the end wasn't satisfied with the results :D But you have made great job with the colors and the composition!
Job is the most badass character on the show! He has the best lines and I love, love the scenes with him! But I'm kinda rooting for all the characters, because all of them are awesome in their own way :D
Great, I may not be very active at iconing recently, but I'm on LJ every day, so whenever you can. :) My problem with fandoms is exactly the opposite, I watch a ton of shows and can't pick what to icon, because I want to icon everything :D So a little restriction to only 10 characters will be great and I hope to kick my inspiration again :)
