THESE ARE SO COOL. I was so looking forward to your set, tbh :) And look at these! I admire your storytelling-through-icons skills so, so much! 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 18 are amazing that way, on top of the flawless technical work, obvs, but as someone who watches the show I'll probably love them even more.
Apart from that, I'm seriously impressed. You're always 'out of the box' imo because you're constantly creative and making complex stuff but you still managed to step out of your own box!
My personal faves here are 2 (I did really like Zelena, so yay for Zelena icons and I'm in love with the background here), 4 (love the geometric textures and the text), 12 (snagging this one, it's so pretty and gives me Emma feels, the textured bits over her hair are beautiful and I really like the shadows the shadows over her face, so gorgeous!), 14 (this blue/red colour scheme is beautiful and I love the painted hair and that you covered part of her face, it works really well!), 15 (Regina!Ursula! I was hoping someone would icon it! And this looks like a painting. The colours and constrast are seriously good.). I also really like 24 of the alternates.
