This is an icon dump of all the icons I've made within a month or two. I just wanted to get these out of the way before I start working on my 20inspirations set, cause I want that to have its own entry. I've had so much fun iconing lately, and been quite prolific now that I've had a small break between uni and work, so I didn't even realize how big this post would get, oops.


First of all, these LOST icons are my entries for rounds 7 and 8 at watchnicon, and they cover episodes 1x19-2x05. I'm slowly making my way towards the really brilliant eps. The end of S1 and the very start of S2 are breathtaking, but then the pace slows down a little and things stay kinda uneventful (still better than other shows though) until Benry makes his amazing first appreance. So, just waiting for that... :)

Next, there were these two palette challenges I did for an activity at tmfaction. The palettes were inspired by other makers' icons, we got to claim from a selection of icons that was provided to us, and I picked these two...

Actually I wanted to focus on all the icons I haven't seen or commented on yet, but then I realized that it's most of them. Seriously, how can someone make so many stunning icons in a a short amount of time?

The composition of the watchnicon batch is just insane. 9 is my favorite, but 20, 22, 23 and 30 are also amazing.
All of the tmfaction icons have amazing coloring and the composition of the two Supernatural icons is also fantastic. The coherent look of the two sets of icons is so awesome. 63 has such a perfect execution of the vintage look that I love so much :D

I think I could stare at this batch all day and still find things I haven't noticed before...

The Lost icons are absolutely gorgeous and I love how well the entire set works together - your text and font use is divine (I wish I could do that!) and the vintage look is awesome.

Oh, thank you for this wonderful comment! ♥ so glad you like the compositions on the watchnicon stuff, I think that challenge inspires compositiony stuff in me more than other challenges cause I sort of try to represent the main points fo the episode with just a few icons, and also when i'm watching I write down all the quotes I want to use, so... icons like those happen :p

63 was one fo most effortless icons here, it wasn't even for a challenge, I just opened a Dean cap and suddenly it had that coloring. So glad you like it, especially cause SPN is so hard to color (confession: that's why half of my SPN icons are monochrome).

This comment is so amazing, thank you so much!! ♥ I'm super relieved and happy that you like how the Lost stuff looks together, i usually post them just three icons on each row (so it's episode-wise arranged) and I feared it would look overwhelming all together like this.
My text use is far from perfect but I'm trying my best to practise, which is basically why I put it into as many icons as I can. It's extra fantastic and encouraging to hear it works so well for you :>

Your use of vibrant blues and pinks always astounds me! I love how you can make icons seem pastel and vibrant at the same time (12, 13, 51)!

Oh, thank you!! Haha, I've noticed that I totally overuse blues and pinks, I just can't help it, they're my go-to colors (along with cyan and yellow) so I'm really happy if you like them in these :3
