This is an icon dump of all the icons I've made within a month or two. I just wanted to get these out of the way before I start working on my 20inspirations set, cause I want that to have its own entry. I've had so much fun iconing lately, and been quite prolific now that I've had a small break between uni and work, so I didn't even realize how big this post would get, oops.


First of all, these LOST icons are my entries for rounds 7 and 8 at watchnicon, and they cover episodes 1x19-2x05. I'm slowly making my way towards the really brilliant eps. The end of S1 and the very start of S2 are breathtaking, but then the pace slows down a little and things stay kinda uneventful (still better than other shows though) until Benry makes his amazing first appreance. So, just waiting for that... :)

EVERYTHING IS GORGEOUS, OBVIOUSLY.
And you know how many of them I love because I've had the chance to remake upon them elsewhere. It is really lovely to see them all in one place though. :D Also. Also. In regards to the Lost icons--since I haven't seen most of them before--I absolutely love everything but most especially the vintage thing you've got going on with 29 and 30. They are wicked cool, and I love the style so much from you. You pull it off effortlessly. I also adore the coloring in 15, and everything about 26. Aaaaand you do color palettes so incredibly well!! My jaw dropped, to be honest, especially with the starkwars palette, jfc. You knocked those colors out of the park. Those vibrant shades suit you so well, I think.

How's the 20insp. set coming? I am looking forward to it, for obvious reasons a) because you are so incredibly, amazingly, wonderfully talented and b) the FANDOM.

Ahaha, my 20insp is a thing that may or may not happen .__. I'll try while I still have time, but I just counted and I have 40 started/unfinished icons and 0 finished ones... A couple of them are ok I guess but the vast majority is just awful, idk, I guess I have too much pressure cause I keep thinking that this is a round I should be good at while at the same time I don't want to use the same kind of crazy that I usually do, so those things combined, idk, I'm just not happy with anything (also jsyk I hate you for having the same claim and making a set that based on the previews looks as perfect as can be ;__; I'll go there and giver a proper comment when I've either given up or posted a set, I have this cowardly tactic almost every round xD).
But, a lot of the icons I made have the potential to be nice simple icons if I take all the crazy stuff out, so even if I don't finish this set I'll definitely post some OUAT anyway. And I feel like making even more, I've been rewatching it for this challenge and I gotta say, even though it's a total mess I really love the show and it's soooo good for iconing! (I have this weird tunnel vision when it comes to fandoms. I know people would appreciate some variety and all but I'm always super into 1-3 shows at a time and rn all I care about is Lost and OUAT, and since I have that massive Lost project already I kinda feel like iconing OUAT for everything else now :D).

ETA i just read that there will be a few days extension, so yeah the set will happen in the end. but still, don't expect too much out of its quality :p

I feel you on only wanting to icon certain fandoms exclusively. I am sure it is pretty obvious to everyone that I am in a Once Upon a Time rut and probably will be for the next hundred billion years or so. *sigh*

Anyway, I am so glad they gave an extension! Like I said, I am really looking forward to what you come up with! Also...if you need, like, a cheerleader or fresh eyes or concrit or anything to help you get your set finished off, I am totally around to lend a helping hand! I know that can sometimes be a huge help (and has been for me in the past), and I am nothing if not a Once icon enabler! :D
