Do you think Supernatural is gory? In Hannibal the gory stuff is that they show dead people in a kind of twisted way (not always though).
But couldn't you just watch the first episode at least? iirc the first ep is not that gory.

LOL I see the clever plot here - if I watch the first episode I'd probably get hooked and watch the rest :D

but I gotta say, based on the comment below it does sound a bit too much for me, idk why I'm so super squeamish about these things. I can watch SPN, some of the scenes are a bit gory for me but I can usually tell when they're coming and those are usually attack/action scenes so they don't really set the kind of creepy atmosphere that I get from what little I know about Hannibal, which, I assume, would have a more disturbing overall vibe. That assumption can be totally wrong of course, and I know I'm missing a lot of awesome stuff too. Thanks for the rec anyway, I'm always interested in those! :>
