I'm mostly really happy with the remakes and think the majority of them are better than the originals, so yay I may have actually improved during 2012! \o/

This Rose set I'm not that happy with though :| I like most of the ones I made first, but then I ran out of time again despite not signing up for anything else this month (but then again I spent a lot of time with the nominating at bestof_icons and making that damn progress post and I may have gotten a bit sidetracked by the7days too, so not that surprising after all) soooo I kinda dislike a lot of these as well. But then again I've noticed that I'm a horrible judge of my own icons, so who knows :p

Also, this is yet another set where I can't choose between simple and complex and muted and vibrant so yeah who else is surprised.
I had two reasons to pick Rose: 1) she's FULL OF WIN and more importantly 2) she's a cutie and the perfect subject to color, srsly, more tv characters should wear candy colors like she does :D and yes I totally used a Farscape quote on one of them, lol.

Your remakes are so beautiful! I love the texture use on 1 and such great composition! 4 as well, I love the red & blue combo and I prefer it to 5, because I'm a sucker for text x3 I've seen so many Sansa icons from that scene, but I'm SO taking yours, the colouring of it is just magical *-* 10, 12, 13 and 14 = texture winning. I wish you signed up for Ask The Maker, because I would looooove a texture guide from you! Also, that Sheldon icon's colors omg <3

SO MANY ROSE ICONS BE STILL MAH HEART! Ahhh I love it that you icon her so much, I'm still on the awesome Donna (slowpoke, I know) and I really liked Martha a lot, she's so brave and fierce, but Rose was the first character on the show I fell in love with and I'm still mourning her /sobs. But back to the point, 20 Rose icons!!! :D

Close Crop/Text is wonderful, I will forever associate darker rich colouring with you, it's like your ~signature :D The texture on Enemy is giving me all the feels tbh. Then Hot represents your other signature colouring, the neon-y vibrant pink, yellow and blue that is also such an epic win. I love Imperfect, but totally disagree, because Rose is p-e-r-f-e-c-t :D Neon's colouring is so vibrant and just uwsehdhfjfrj. I adore the vintage feel to Wild! What can I say I'm a sucker for john_scorpy vintage icons C:

I love the entire neg space category, it's filled with eye catching colours and texture work on 3! Then there's AC and 1, 3 and 5 have the most amazing composition! I am floored.

THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!! I always say this but it's just so freaking cool that my texture idol likes my texturing ♥ I don't even think I do anything that special with them but you make me feel like I should write that texture guide, cause 1) I totally owe it for just these awesome comments, and 2) you also filled my request so it would only be fair. I'll see what i can do, but my texture use is so all over the place that it would help me get started if you gave a few examples of what kind of texture use you'd like it to deal with so I don't write all the most boring/self-evident stuff, haha. Or maybe I'll just assume you mean those icons where you've mentioned the texture use, that might be logical :D It might take a while, if I'm going to write something more useful than 'throw a minimum of 10 textures on it and try stuff', but I think that would be a lot of fun to write actually so we'll see :3

DONNA IS AWESOME INDEED. I should icon her more too, the red hair would be a dream to work with! Rose, the Doctors and to some extent Martha just show up so much more often in those 'random images' results, why yes I'm that lazy at image searching -__- I love that you seem to like all the companions! There's just so much wank in the fandom and it's like you have to choose between Rose and Martha or something and it's just stupid cause I love them all so it's great that you do too.
I have so many signatures though??! :OO But yes, they're all stuff I like to make a lot, I looove jumping from ~deep to vibrant to vintage, so I'm glad you appreciate them all! ♥
