I dig how much complexity there is in 2! The pink and yellow combo for the text really grabs my attention, and I love that there are different crops so that the image repetition doesn't get tiresome. Instead, it's fresh and quirky!
10 is absolutely marvelous, my friend. MARVELOUS. It's got such a delicate, ethereal, elegant vibe to it. The dusty rose coloring gives it a somewhat haunting quality, IMO, as if she's someone who got lost in time and space. Don't know if that's the case since I've never gotten through an ep of the show, but I love the feeling that icon imparts! It's really busy without going overboard or looking jumbled.
11 is awesome cuz of it's grittiness, and the way it looks like a pop art piece. The green neg space is so soothing and cool, and the text is positioned and sized so perfectly. The cutout is very clean yet the gritty texturing makes it feel dirty, too. That's really neat!
12 has tremendous coloring and blocking. It also conveys a pop art punch to me, and I love the deep richness of the coloring. My fave detail is her lush pink skirt overflowing into the turquoise blue block. Don't know why, but that's a small thing that really caught and captivated my eye!
16 is super vibrant in the background and yet the subject has a deep but muted coloring. I really enjoy that juxtaposition. My one quibble would be that it seems as if she should be scaled down a tad to allow the space to flow around her sides/shoulders more. I think my neg space bias may just be showing though.
18 is so dark and mysterious. I love that I almost can't make out who's in the icon. That only adds to the mystery! It reminds me of Harry Potter though I can't totally say why. The dark blue and the majestic bordering scream "WIZARD PORTRAIT" to me. Weird, I know.
KEEP GROWING AND EXPERIMENTING, TOMMI. IT'S ENDLESSLY FASCINATING TO SEE WHAT ODDITIES AND FUNKY CREATIONS YOU'LL DREAM UP NEXT! <333333
